critique with seminol feminist artist & activist...Faith Wilding

I presented our collaborative print quilt at my past MFA residency at the Vermont College of Fine Arts in Montpelier, VT. I had it critiqued by art historian / professor of art history at Pomona State, CA...Marie Shurkus & the much beloved seminal feminist artist [Fresno / Cal Arts 1970s] and current cyber-feminist / activist / professor of performance at the Chicago Instititue... Faith Wilding. Critiques went well and spurred discussion about social activism and art and collaboration and art. At the end of my critique with faith, in talking about the use and overuse of vagina/vulva imagery... Faith stated, "you can never have too many vulvas". Thanks Faith... I agree:)
